Charlie - Senior Needs Foster's story

　　This sweet senior dog needs a foster home. He is in TX, living on some land with a sweet older man that feeds them but they do live outside and sleep under cars.... Poor guy doesnt deserve to be outside, fending for food with the other dogs. He has really perked up since some of the local rescue volunteers have started visiting him. He is such a happy, loving boy. Video below :) He had a rescue BUT he came back with a heartworm positive status (it is curable) and the other rescue could not take him.
