There's something wonderfully noticeable about Charlie. It's not that dashing smile or those stunning eyes, nor his incredibly happy wiggle. Charlie is learning more about the basics while here with us and he's catching on quickly! He likes other dogs and would like to live in home with children ages 13 and older with proper introduction.
