　　Meet sweet Charlie boy. He was surrender to our rescue after a good Samaritan talked the owners that were special-needs and unable to care for Charlie to give them up to rescue. Charlie has been left on the short chain the whole first year of his life. He is now off that chain and living his best life in foster care right now. We are looking for a family that has time love and patience to give to Charlie. He’s such a good boy he will need some basic training because he was just left on a chain but he is in good spirits he’s fun loving full of energy and looking for his forever at home. Application process screening home check applies . HE IS A BEAUTY. We are almost positive he’s 100% cocker spaniel although he’s got a curly top and looks like he might have some Portuguese water dog in him but we were told that he is full cocker spaniel either way he’s a doll!!
