　　Casper is a sweet and shy beauty that was surrendered with her brother to another animal shelter. Her pervious owner was forced to move and couldn't take her. She would love to be adopted with her brother Figgy but, it's not mandatory. She was transferred here to wait for her forever home. Casper is spayed, microchipped and current on her vaccinations.
