Carmen's story

　　Carmen she's about a year old and fully vetted. Carmen's story from a rescue in OK .... We pulled her as a puppy from the shelter in Oklahoma City she had been hit by a car and it had crushed her femur, she walks with a limp now but was we were able to save her leg . She has been waiting and waiting and waiting for a forever home... that never came. She waited over a year. Finally in desperation they reached out to rescues to help them move her to a place where she could find a forever home. EAPL was the lucky rescue to receive her. Carmen will be joining our rescue with an amazing foster home and getting to know what love is in a home with other pets (dogs and cats.) She may never be able to hike forever, or climb the great 14'ers or run for miles due to her limp BUT she will be the most loving loyal companion that you will ever find.
