　　Carl is Terrified! Sad! Depressed! Carl is a big boy who was brought in by Animal Control officers as a stray, and he is pathetic. I never saw him move from this position, but I did observe him breathing and his eyelids twitched when I spoke to him. Carl had not been vetted when I got these photos, and since I never saw him do so much as even stand or look at me, there isn't much I can say to describe him. Hopefully today he will respond to my efforts and I can get more photos of him. In the meantime, if you think you might know who he is or to whom he belongs, please contact the shelter at (.
