Cara goes with Brannon's story
Meet Cara and Brannon! Theyre a bonded sibling pair looking to be adopted together. Theyre a (mostly) Manchester Terrier/Beagle mix pair along with lots of other stufflol. Cara is 37 pounds and Brannon is 40 pounds. Brannon plays big brother to Cara. Cara is the instigator for most silliness and Brannon has provided a calming presence and sense of security for her as she comes into her own. Theyre energetic and super curious so are the first to investigate any activity in the house or yard, keep on eye as to where foster brother and sis are, chase squirrels, play chase, play with their toys (they enjoy chasing tennis balls that are thrown low and fast) and play with foster bro and sis or theyre out for the count taking a nap. They enjoy curling up with their humans at the end of the day. No cats! In the morning, they assure that everyone (canine and human alike) have their share of doggy kisses. They need gentle introductions to unfamiliar dogs as unfamiliar dogs or dog groups are still a little overwhelming to them. Some nutritional and lifestyle accommodations must be made for Brannon who has elbow dysplasia. They know their basic commands and enjoy car rides but do need to be on leash for walkstrue to their terrier nature, searching out wildlife and interesting wildlife smells could be too tempting. They still make their cute little play sounds as they play with each other when theyre settling down for quiet play or in the morning as theyre waking up. These play sounds initially shocked their dog foster siblings to where they didnt know if to go check on Brannon and Cara or just runlol.
