Capi's story
INCREDIBLY HANDSOME! I am a yellow labbie, around age 7 but I feel a bit younger and am now ready to find my forever family. I started out in ruff condition when I was handed over to the DLRR folks in the beginning of July with a case of tick fever, 13 bad teeth that had to be pulled (whew! Im glad thats over with), and an infected abscess on my foot, but as you can see from my pictures, I have been recovering very nicely since. I'm kind of a funny character and its rumored that I have been known to pick up my food bowl and bring it to you when I want to be fed, and I like to drink with my full snout in the water bowl until the water is up to my eyes! I like to carry soft stuffy toys in my mouth and walk about especially if it gives me extra attention! But you know what they say about rumors? I'm good with dogs of various sizes, and sweeter than grannys apple pie. I'm doggie door trained, but am not fond of the crate. I have been trustworthy at home chillin with the senior resident dog and another senior foster. I am on a med for arthritis, and am a fairly low energy pup that just enjoys hanging around.
