My story

　　Are you ready for nonstop fun? My name is Canelo! I'm a dreamy pooch and I have a kind face that will melt your heart! My caregivers don't know much about my past, but that's okay, because I'm just focused on a fresh start and finding my furever family.

　　I'm ready for endless adventures, playtime, and naps in my very own bed. But first, I need to meet my new best friend. Is that you? I can't wait to see you!

　　Adopting with High Country Humane means your pet is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We register that microchip (free!) and provide a free health exam as well with each adoption. Please bring a leash and collar for your new pet or plan to purchase a set at the shelter for $5. The shelter is open 11-5PM, 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you.
