Cleaning out garage and basement and decided to get rid of this tent. I believe its a 9 X 9, but not too sure of its demensions. Great family tent with easy set up. Still in decent condition, minor stains, and a few holes in one corner which are pictured and very easy to repair. Its only missing a few ground stakes, but everything needed to pitch it is included. One of the clip tags has also been repaired which is also shown. And theres a minor tear in one of the sleeves that the poles slide through, but tent is not affected by it, can also easily be repaired. The door features a screen option as well as 3 other screen windows all zippers are in great condition and seal up perfectly. Rain fly topper is also included as well as bags for storage, one for tent itself, one for stakes, and one for poles. Can take to Pueblo if needed. Email or txt if interested
