Callie's story

　　Callie, a stray, was lucky to have found rescue. Getting up there in years (she is about 9), it's not easy for a lady to fend for herself outside. Scary things happen quickly. She was able to find shelter, food and kindness. We were told a former tenant left her behind, can you imagine? Unfortunately, the rescuer said that her two existing kitties were not happy sharing a home. Must have been them because Callie is doing well in our EAPL Cat Adoption Center at Chow Down in Evergreen. Come visit - maybe you'll find a new companion.
