　　The Humane Society of West Alabama's cat adoption center at 1515 Veterans Memorial Pkwy is open Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Appointments are available for other times with advance notice. We're all-volunteer need at least a couple of days of advance notice to schedule appointments.

　　The Humane Society of West Alabama's Home for the Holidays campaign aims to have as many homeless pets home by the end of December as possible! During November & December 2012, we've waived adoption fees for adult cats 1 year and older and reduced younger cats' fees to only $40! Make a cat's Christmas wish come true!

　　This teeny tiny little lady is Pudden, who will actually turn your heat into a puddle of goopy sweetness as well! She has a distinctive black mask with an orange streak that points out diagonally to her left ear. Pudden is a small Calico girl at 16 weeks old (12/1). Pudden is a laid-back, sweet and affectionate girl who loves to just hang out with people and with other kittens. We think nap time is her favorite time! Pudden believes any time is a good time for a nap. She's looking for a home without dogs. Contact us or visit our cat adoption center to meet Pudden!

　　Negative for FIV and FeLK and current on vaccinations. Pudden is set to be spayed before adoption.

　　Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits, and are as healthy as possible as soon as they are in our care. Vet records are provided to adopters. Read the descriptions thoroughly and note the specific personalities or special criteria we recommend (some are not good around kids, other cats, dogs, etc.). We cannot accept applications from minors or legal dependents. Read up on our adoption process .
