　　The Humane Society of West Alabama's cat adoption center at 1515 Veterans Memorial Pkwy is open Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Appointments are available for other times with advance notice. We're all-volunteer and need at least a couple of days of advance notice to schedule appointments.

　　This pretty young lady is Dianne, a female young adult Calico, approximately 10 months to 1 year old. Dianne is fairly small for her age, and may not get much bigger. Dianne is calm and gentle, and can be a little reserved around new people - but loves attention! It doesn't take long at all to win her over! She doesn't beg for attention too much, but she loves when she receives it. She'd do fine with other calm cats or as an only pet. She would not do well around dogs. Dianne's hoping for a quiet, loving home to come along and find her!! Please stop in at our cat adoption center to meet Dianne!

　　Negative for FIV/FeLK, current on vaccinations and spayed.

　　Our flat adoption fee is $75, a fee to help defray a fraction of veterinary costs and general care expenses. Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits, and are as healthy as possible as soon as they are in our care. Vet records are provided to adopters. Read the descriptions thoroughly and note the specific personalities or special criteria we recommend (some are not good around kids, other cats, dogs, etc.). We cannot accept applications from minors or legal dependents. Read up on our adoption process .
