C F Schmidt horn, built in Weimar sometime in the 1930s. Silver plated. Compression is not good, and a valve rebuild is recommended. However, this horn is playable, and has a nice sound. The high B flat does not appear to be a problem, which I've heard is the case with some Schmidts. This horn has been in a closet for the past 20 years, but is oiled, greased and ready for someone who can appreciate it. If you like Schmidt horns, and are willing to take on a project, this could be a very rewarding instrument.
