Buttercup's story

　　Buttercup was living with a feral group when Save a Stray worked with the owner of the property to TNR (Trap Neuter Return) all the feral cats there to stop further increase of their population, and help them to live longer healthier lives. The other kitties were vetted and returned to their location. Buttercup was just too sweet. She needed a home with a family. Before we knew of her sweet nature, she received an ear tip like the others. This is a way to show at a distance that a cat has been spayed and neutered and won't be breeding more kittens. She can now wear her ear tip as badge of honor. She has overcome the feral life and is on to a new life in a warm loving home.

　　Adoption fee of $90 includes spay/neuter, test for FIV & Feline Leukemia, vaccinations (depending on age, may include FVRCPC, rabies & leukemia vaccines), deworming, flea treatment, ear exam, microchip, treatment for parasites.

　　Kittens grow up quickly. How would you like to have a kitten all year long? Save a Stray is foster based. Every kitty we help must have a temporary foster home. How would you like to provide a foster home for a kitty for a few days, weeks, or months. Our vets take care of their vetting. Kitties can say in a bathroom, dog kennel, or any spare space will do.
