Due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic, our offices are operating differently than normal.

Adoptable pets can be viewed online at Masks are required to enter the building. Please come prepared with a leash/collar, cat carrier, etc for your appointment.
The shelter provides a sample bag of Hill`s pet food thanks to their shelter program.
To schedule an appointment, first fill out an application at dmcasf.org/adoption-application. Once staff have reviewed your application, we will call you as soon as we are able. Please allow 2-3 additional days to process your application due to limited staff.Missing Pet:If your family is missing a pet, please visit to view the impounded animal`s descriptions and photos to confirm if your pet is at the shelter.
If you see your pet, please call us at , you may need to leave a voice mail due to limited staff.
