Buster's story
Buster is a 9 week old Terrier/Boxer mix. He is by far the biggest of the litter! Buster's mom is a 25lb scruffy, adoptable terrier mix and we believe that their dad was a bigger Boxer mix due to the size and coloring of Buster and his siblings. We are guessing they will be between 35-50lbs when full grown.
Buster Momma was found as a stray in New Mexico, about to give birth. Luckily one of our rescue partners in New Mexico was able to catch mom and get her into a safe foster home before she gave birth. We tried to get her to CO before her pups were born but we were a little late. Once all 9 puppies and mom were strong and healthy they made their treck to CO. Fast forward 9 weeks and all of the pups are ready to find their forever homes.
Buster is the biggest and most out going of the bunch. He always wants to be first to the food bowl, first to the toys, and first to snuggle onto the foster Mommas lap. He is just a snuggly bundle of love. He loves to run around and play with his siblings and the other dogs in the home. He would do great with a family who has lots of time to spend with a puppy or another doggy for him to play with. He would be a great adventure buddy too! He truly has a one of a kind personality and always has his foster Momma smiling and laughing.
