My story

　　Are you ready for nonstop fun? My name is Buford. I'm an adorable pooch and I have a silky smooth coat perfect for pets. My caregivers don't know much about my past, but that's okay, because I'm just focused on a fresh start and finding my furever family.

　　I absolutely LOVE other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog. Children can be scary to me and loud environments. My current foster family has been working with me on things that scare me, leashes, strangers, and quick movement, but I am getting used to using a doggie door! I do best if humans give me some space until I approach them for now. I am pretty much potty trained and more than anything want a fenced yard with some grass to play in! Once I warm up to you I love more than anything snuggling next to you.

　　I'm ready for endless adventures, playtime, and naps in my very own bed. But first, I need to meet my new best friend. Is that you? Oh, and I'm told you may want to know these things: I'm fixed, microchipped, and up-to-date on my vaccines. I also need to go home with a leash and collar. If you don't bring your own, you can easily buy them onsite for $5 each!
