My story

　　Buddy is a 9-month-old male Pit Bull mix who has already been neutered.  He was brought to PAHS after he was found at a local park and his owner never came looking for him.  Buddy is red and has a white chest.  We love his ears!  Sometimes they are both down but sometimes one is up!  He weighs 33 pounds so he is considered to be a medium sized adult dog.  Buddy is a good boy who would be fine with older children and other dogs.  He is active, playful, and would need a nice fenced yard where he could safely play.  Buddy is friendly and sweet.  He is leash trained and, although, he is strong, he is learning how to control his energy when being walked on a leash.  Buddy is a very nice dog who is willing to learn whatever you take time to teach him.  He will make someone a very nice companion dog.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120 and cat/kitten adoption fees are $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
