My story
Brief Bio:Bubbles was named when she discovered cat nip bubbles and went crazy for them. cat nip and floating toys together? Sooooo good! She has been at our house for three months and is looking for new humans to love her. She is a quiet, shy princess who will need a patient human to help her adjust to her new furrever home. Bubbles was closest to her mom and nursed or snuggled with her while all her siblings were enjoying human play time. She is slow to warm up and wants affection on her schedule. Having said all that, Bubbles will sleep about 6 inches away from me and purrs when picked up and given snuggles. She has never attacked and only scratched accidentally while jumping away from unwanted attention. When Bubbles is scared she runs away and may hide for a while until she is ready to come out. The more you try to encourage her out of her hiding spot the longer she will hide. A patient human will be rewarded with a great cat. Summary of Personality: Bubbles is a princess in that she gets her way and will not conform to what others want of her. Not quite a diva, but she has a strong sense of self. This pretty girl likes to sleep on our padded kitchen chairs, high enough to not be bothered and securely covered. she has always slept elevated when she sleeps alone. She is happiest when she is snuggling with her litter mates, especially her best bud, Caroll. If you are looking for low key cats adopting Bubble and Caroll together would be a great idea; they will play together, nap together and will need less attention from the humans in their life. This is a great cat for a person or family who is out of the house often as she is not very demanding of human attention. If left alone for the day she will seek out human attention but will walk away if she gets too much. Low key and gentle describe this shy cat.Experience with Dogs, Cats, or other Animals: Bubbles has had an adult cat and two dogs around her whole life. She loved her mom and seeks out her siblings but avoids our resident pets. She still isn`t sure about our cat and will occasionally growl if she gets too close. Bubbles will likely be fine with other animals but, like most cats, she will need time to adjust. Patience will be rewarded though, as Bubbles is a special cat.Experience with children: Our house is loud and full and Bubble has been exposed lots of chaos (i.e our 12 yr old and 4 yr old)Is your foster litter box trained: Yes
