Bruce's story

　　Meet Bruce "The Boss"! a young dog with a commanding presence, desire for attention and that is so deserving! Bruce is a Black Lab mix, 57 pounds and approx. 14 month's old. He is a boy that has spent lots of time at a doggie daycare center, gets along great with other dogs of all shapes and sizes and won't hurt a cat although enjoys the chase. Bruce is fine around people and good around children, but with his spunky and rambunctious nature would be ideal around older kids and especially those interested in playing with him. Bruce loves the water, playing ball and running around in a large fenced in yard! Bruce enjoys riding in a care, does ok. on a leash and could benefit from additional training. Bruce is house broken, crate trained and will come when called. Bruce would prefer a home with a stay-at-home or work-from-home family member, older children to pal around with that will shower him with attention and a big fenced in yard or a place near the water since he loves to swim and play. Bruce is also a cuddle bug and just enjoys being around his humans taking in all the attention that someone will give him! Any dog deserves that!! Bruce is very affectionate and deserves a home that will allow him to prosper to be all he can be! Bruce is fully vetted; neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines, heart worm tested negative and on prevention plus will be microchipped.
