For sale is a dark brown faux suede couch and loveseat set. They were originally purchased from Room to Room in Tupelo. Both have been scotch guarded and have few in any noticeable stains.

　　Measurements:

　　The couch (measured along the bottom) is 6' 10" long. The seating area is 5' 6" long and about 2' deep.

　　The loveseat is 4' 10" long. The seating area is 3' 10" long and about 2' deep.

　　Both are 2'10" high (measured along the back. The back cushions extend a few inches above that.) and extend 3' 1" from the wall.

　　Separately, the couch is $250 and the loveseat is $150.
