Where Do Our Pre-Owned Products Come From?Like
many other retailers in our industry, our 10 retail stores get returns
as well as traded in products. Products are returned because perhaps
someone tried the product and it wasn’t for them, or maybe the trip out
was particularly rough during shipping and the unit sustained minor
dings and blemishes that are cosmetic only and do not affect
functionality. Our retail stores also take trade-ins on occasion towards
the purchase of another product. These units are returned back to our
head office and put through a refurbishment process. Afterwards these
products are available for purchase at a substantial savings.Our ProcessUpon
receiving the product, each pre-owned product undergoes a thorough
visual inspection and operational testing to determine its condition.
Any non-working parts are replaced. The unit is then cleaned, tested and
repackaged. Each product’s refurbished process differs, but upon
completion, the unit is performing as it should and ready for its new
home. Frequently Asked QuestionsHow old is the product?This
is a difficult question to answer as we are not sure how long the
previous owner owned the product, and the products date of manufacture
may not be readily available. We will however display photos of the
products condition, so you are able to easily research additional
information on the product.What is included with the product? Does it include any accessories?What
you see, is what you get. All included components and accessories will
be shown in the listing photos. Anything not shown in the photos is not
included.Can additional photos be taken of the product?Unfortunately,
they cannot. Once a product is photographed and listed it is then sent to our warehouse for shipment, so we are unable to provide any additional photos
other than what is shown in the listing.If
