My story

　　Poor Brie is so little, so fragile, and yet is still in good spirits . Picked up from a local shelter in terrible condition, Brie continues to fight the odds against her. Our vet ran diagnostics to find out if Brie's condition was due to neglect or an underlying medical condition and determined she has severe liver issues. She is in a wonderful foster home getting fed 6 small meals a day with snacks so that her system isn't overwhelmed with large meals. Brie is getting regular weigh-ins to keep a close eye on her weight and she has slowly began to gain weight. She has proven that she has the will to live.
