My story

　　Oh, hi. My name is Briar and I am super-duper happy to be at the shelter where I am safe, warm, and dry! I was out on my own a short time ago. I don't know how long I was roaming, but let me tell you it's not fun walking around looking for food and safety! AND you won't believe this, but I was stuck in a briar bush for two days! Ouch! I don't exactly how I happened to get all tangled up in that sticker bush, but I was!! I was sure glad when the humane deputy came to my rescue! He worked for a while to get me out! Oh my gosh we were both covered in briar stickers! Do you know how glad I am to be at the shelter?? Safe at last!! Anyway I waited my allotted time and I am now ready for adoption. I am a six-month-old terrier mix. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been spayed. I am ready to meet some new folks! Come on in!!
