Briar's story
Briar is a older tripod boy approx 6-7 yrs old, slightly over 50 pounds, sensitive, observant, low maintenance, loving, easy-going, friendly, house trained, kennel trained, no bad habits boy. We learned from his previous owner he was shot in the leg by a neighbor and his hind leg then had to be amputated. He gets along well with other dogs and is on the submissive side. He does great with children, men and likes women in particular. He is definitely not good with cats. He rides well in a car without getting sick nor any other mishaps. Briar is a boy his foster termed an easy dog. He would be great in just about any environment or home setting. Young or old, single parent, with or without kids, with or without other dogs. Once he is established he does not run off if the fence gate is open. He walks well on a leash and just a super overall great dog. Briar has been; neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines, heart worm tested positive and being treated until negative, dewormed plus microchipped.
