You are looking at a VINTAGE NAUTICAL LARGE 14.5" DIAMETER BRASS/METAL WALL HANGING NAUTICAL DECORATIVE PLATE OF A SPANISH GALLION OR PIRATE SHIP OUT OT SEA.
This was made in England, and if I'm not mistaken, they are hammered. It is in outstanding shape, but does require a little cleaning(Has Patina). These are highly collectible for Nautical Dcor at beach homes, and so on. The bigger ones are a little hard to discover.
