This playset is made of solid redwood and will last for years. The set is brand new, and has never even been played on. The swingset consists of a rock climbing wall, a slide, wooden ship-lapped roof, 5 by 5 floor space, and a swing on either side of the playset. The foot print of this playset is 11 by 16 feet.
