Hello,
I am selling my 2011 Specialized SL3 Pro frame, built by Fairwheel Bikes. I spec'd and purchased all the components in between my surgeries from being hit by a car the previous year. I've tried to get back in the saddle but my neck and shoulder simply won't have it anymore. This bike has less than 50 miles on it; the tires still have the fuzz along the seams!
This bike comes equipped with:
2011 SL3 Pro DA frameset, 56cm
FULL Dura-Ace 7900 incl. crank, shifters, brakes, derailleurs, pedals, rear cassette, chain, cabling... Everything. (rear is 12/27)
3T Ergonova LTD carbon bars
Deda Titanium Stem
Rol Volant 16/24 wheels
Continental Gran Prix 4000S tires.
Specialized Saddle (in case you don't have your own)
Specialized listed a significantly less equipped model for $5200

This bike is in perfect, and I mean REALLY perfect condition. I bought it to race but like I said, it is an avenue now closed to me. I want to be clear about a few things though; I want this bike ridden, it was built to win races; as it stands all it does is sit in my garage. I'm open to any and all reasonable offers. I do not need to sell this bike, I just feel like I'm wasting it and that bothers me. If you are going to try to low-ball me or don't understand the value of the bicycle; please don't contact me. I'd love it if the bike was to be ridden in the upcoming El Tour... I really enjoyed that ride but I guess that's up to you.
I was a passionate cyclist, and a heavy rider; the bike was built to support me @ 6'0" and 220 lbs. So no worries if you're a Clydesdale. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I'm free to meet M-F after 6pm and weekends by appt.
