I have a brand new dressy jacket and skirt set, made by Dress Barn, size 20W. The tags are still attached to the arm (along with an extra button) and read $59.99, although I only want $15.00. The blazer is a royal blue, and has 3/4 length sleeves, with large black buttons. There is a cloth belt. The skirt is blue, black, and white - in a lovely pattern - and falls under the knees (how far below depends on how tall you are!) There is a black slip built into the skirt. The skirt flows and flares slightly.

　　The set is in perfect condition. There are no rips, tears, or stains on the outfit.
