My story
This little guy ended up at the shelter sick with a kitty cold. He lived half of his life in a cage there. He was declared fearful and unable to be adopted there so we took him in.And WOW! What an adorable Russian Blue looking little dream kitty he is! A few days in foster and Bowie is loving tummy rubs, purring, reveling in all the attention and love. He was stunted in some ways. He doesn't seem to know how to play; his foster brother is having playtime sessions to correct that. And he is in awe of the great big space of a room and is scared to be out in that much open space. He will get the hang of that pretty soon. But in being a little lover boy, he's a natural!Bowie is probably about 5-6 months old, absolutely gorgeous in the finest Russian Blue fashion. He is a sweetheart who deserves and is so ready for a real home and family. He would probably be happier in a home with a cat friend. He didn't have much time as a baby to learn how to cat. Dogs......maybe. A slow introduction is often the key to happiness in meeting new friends. He will need a safe yard to play in with his family, to know the joy of being outside in the natural world. He's in Wasilla. Call
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Bowie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
