　　The Bourke parakeet is a type of parakeet local to some components of Australia. This little parakeet can be found in numerous colour variants. The Bourke is a very easy pet dog bird to keep, because of its mellow character. A few of these birds could also be tame sufficient to take meals from an individual's hand, and they will easily reproduce in bondage.
