　　Maple is a 7 month old Border Collie mix. She is a very affectionate and active girl and needs a friend or family who understands the breed. Border Collies are highly intelligent and need both physical and mental activities to be happy. They are a "working" breed and need daily exercise. They are easy to train and have a permanent will to please. They usually do extremely well in obedience and agility activities. This breed is far too intelligent to lie around the house with nothing to do. An active owner is a must. They live for serving you and are extremely loyal. If you're an active person who likes to include your dog in your activities, Maple will make a wonderful, lifelong friend and companion.
