This is 6-Disc CD Changer from a BMW 3 Series (E46) I owned. Based upon a previous study it also fits some other BMW chassis like the 5 Series (E39) and Z3. Since of the existing wire harness, this CD changer is pretty much plug-n-play in all car it fits.

　　I am including a pair of original BMW brackets. BMW calls them different mounting brackets. In my automobile the changer was mounted under the rear deck. The original positioning of the changer was the left side of the trunk. You can still get the brackets for that mounting alternative.
