Hey wanting to offer my blue SE Draft which I've had for about a year now. It has Thick Slick tires and is a quite solid ride. Everything is stock, and is in excellent shape. Just thing you would need to do is get is brake cable televisions ($2-$5) and have them adjusted and bike shops do that free of charge.
