My story

　　07/18/22 Blitz was surrendered to the shelter because he was not getting along with the other dogs in the dog yard. He is also said to not like cats very much, and it is unknown how Blitz does with pocket pets or livestock. We are requiring Blitz go to a home without other dogs and recommend doing introductions with any other animals slowly in a controlled environment. He has been an outside dog most of his life and will need help learning the basics of being a pet dog. Blitz has experience mushing, though we do not know specifically what position he does best in. He may enjoy going for a skijor in the winter! Blitz has been very friendly with his animal tenders here at the shelter, but it is unknown how he does around children or babies.
