Hi, my name is BLAKE and I'm a 2 yr old neutered male.
I was taken in by rescue after being severely injured.
I was stitched up and am still healing, and doing it nicely. I'm just a kid and learning all sorts of new things, like how to be a house dog, understand that most people are very kind and I'm eager to please. I'm very sweet and I will smile at you when you talk to me and I'll even talk back to you with animation.
So, I look forward to our future conversations.
I'm very expressive and I will entertain you.
I'm thin, but the food her is good and I have a healthy appetite.
I'm current on my shots, micro chipped and have had my profession veterinary exam. I'm looking for that perfect home to grow up in and have a loving family of my own.
Note:
Great Pyrenees are considered a Giant Breed.
Average weight can be 100lbs. or more.
They bark, shed and have a wanderlust, so secure fences are a must have.
They are NOT off leash dogs and a Pyr off leash is called a "dis'a'Pyr".
Some Pyrs do well with other dogs and some don't because by the virtue of their breed traits they were bred to keep out intruders and can consider some dogs as intruders. While they make wonderful pets and family dogs, they aren't for everyone so be sure to understand and learn about the breed traits of this breed or any breed you might be considering.
