Black Labrador Retriever - Lola -urgent - Large - Adult - Female
Lola is a 6-1/2 year-old Lab who came to foster care July 13 with super-long toenails which made walking so painful that she tried to avoid it. Extremely overweight, the poor girl was like an old lady. Well, it's a new life for Lola now, and she is a happy, playful, lizard-chasing, slimming-down, and very grateful dog! Now all she needs is a "forever" home. Lola is nervous around little kids and a bit dominant with female dogs, but she loves the boys and generally gets along great in her foster home. She sleeps right up next to her foster mom's bed. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, tested negative for heartworms, is housebroken, and a watch dog... just an all-around nice girl! Lola's adoption fee is a $ donation to PAWS which includes heartworm prevention medication through January 2013. For more information about Lola, please call her foster mom, Carol, at (530) .
