　　Biscay is a 2yr old, 13lbs Bichon Frise who was sent to rescue from a breeding farm after being 'retired' from breeding because it seemed she just was not cut out for motherhood. She is very shy with people but loves to play with other small dogs. She will need a patient, quiet home with another small dog, and a physically fenced yard to keep her safe while she learns things like how to walk on leash and house breaking (doing well with crate training now). No children.
