My story
Hi, my name is Bing, like in Bing Cherry. Maybe they called me that, because even though I had been at the shelter for several days, but when I arrived at Wags and Whiskers Pet Rescue, my head was still bloody from where my head had been split open with a shovel. Actually, my nickname is Shovel Head, because Lucy is old and can
’
t remember names, but can remember from descriptions. The gash was very large and took a few weeks to heal up. When I arrived at the rescue, I was so terrified, I hid under the bed for a week. Then they put me with a another dog and gave me treats and I came out of my shell. Once I became comfortable with people at the rescue, I wanted their attention so much, that sometimes I
’
d growl at my roommate, but would stop it when corrected. Since I
’
m terrified of new situations I need someone that will be patient. I
’
ll need a secure backyard and I shouldn
’
t be left outside alone. Now that my head is all healed, I
’
m ready to go home with you. Are you my special person?
