Betty's story

　　Anyone else out there a sucker for a salt & pepper face? We sure are! Meet BETTY! Eight year old Betty is a sweet Lab mix available through the Maricopa County shelter.

　　Now don't let those grays fool you- Betty has plenty of spunk and can really get moving when she's excited. Betty is a happy dog who makes US happy to spend time with her! The kisses and cuddles she gives us sure help our mood. :-) Betty loves walks, pets, sniffing in the sunshine and showing off "sit" and "paw" for treats.

　　If you are looking to adopt a spunky, friendly senior- meet Betty! If you have a dog at home, we can help with an intro to make sure everyone gets along. Betty would do best in an adult-only home. She has issues with resource guarding, and will need an experienced adopter who is understanding and willing to work with this issue.
