Bernese Mountain Dog - Pops - Large - Adult - Male - Dog
For no fault of his own, POPS has been returned to ARF after he was found living as a stray. POPS was in very poor condition, sad and scared. He was filthy, malnourished, dehydrated, his skin was dry and flaky, his coat was matted and his nails overgrown. With a lot of TLC, our ?grandpa? POPS has made great progress over the last few weeks and now has a spring in his step and greets you with the wag of his tail. POPS is a gentle, friendly and easy going dog. He adores people and wants to be close to you and loves to be petted. With a big wag of his tail, POPS is also enjoying the companionship of his new four legged suite mates! He gets along well with other dogs. POPS would be a truly wonderful, loving and loyal companion. POPS is a male Bernese Mountain Dog / Newfoundland Dog mix and is approximately 9 years old (Apr. 2013). He is a large dog and weighed about 60 pounds when he arrived at ARF. POPS is heartworm negative, up to date on shots, neutered and micro-chipped. If you are interested in POPS, please contact us at
or email us at [email removed]. Adoption Requirements: Adoption Application, Vet Reference, Home Visit and $95 Adoption Donation are required. Please visit for an adoption application, or e-mail the ARF Contact listed under the Pet's photo for more information. All animals will be up to date on shots and spayed/neutered before placement. Please Note: Sponsors are needed to help ARF with the cost of vet care for these precious animals. If you'd like to sponsor an ARF Rescue, please email:
[email removed] . A sponsor donation of $50 will help cover the cost of a spay/neuter surgery! Plus, ARF is a non-profit organization and all donations and contributions are tax-deductible. Thank you for your generous support on behalf of these loving fur babies!
