This little cutie, Benny, is a Havanese mix who is around 3years-old and weighs about 15lbs. He was in hoarding situation, so he is shy around new people and needs a slow introduction. He does well on a leash and loves going for walks. He also enjoys cuddling with his foster mom on the couch. Benny is house trained and sleeps in his crate at night. He is friendly with other dogs he meets on walks unless they get in his face. (Who likes a stranger in his face, right?!) Benny would do best as the only dog in a quiet adult home with someone who is patient and has experience with shy, reserved dogs.

　　Our adoption fee of $125.00 helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue.

　　UAF does not ship our adoptables out of state and to ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard.
