Benji's story

　　Benji is a 4.5 MO terrier mix. He was dumped at a shelter in TX because his "family" was moving and they didn't want to take him with. The shelter that he was dumped at has almost zero foot traffic and most dogs that go in don't make it out. Luckily we were able to find a ride to CO for Benji where he could have a second chance at life, and find his true forever family.

　　Benji is just as sweet, and cute as can be! He gets along with all other dogs and people. He loves to play with his foster siblings and thinks life is just so much fun! He is super smart, learns very quickly, and listens pretty well. Since his still a puppy, he will need an adopter who can work on training him more, but he is already off to a wonderful start and he should be a fun dog to work with! He loves to snuggle and hang out when it's down time, so a family who doesn't mind treating him like a true family member - allowed on furniture - would be ideal because that will be his favorite place to be.

　　Even though Benji is small he would still love to be an adventure buddy. with his terrier traits he could absolutely go on hikes and adventures with his forever family. He is just such an awesome little guy with so much potential!
