BENJI's story

　　Benji is a sad, scared little guy with Valley Fever who is underweight and in need of a soft place to land.

　　His volunteer advocate says:

　　`Benji is as sweet and lovable as he looks. Unfortunately he is also terribly scared and sick. Like many dogs In Arizona he has Valley fever And a bad case of it. He was very timid when I first approached him and would barely let me get near him. With some patience he warmed up quickly. He let me pet him all over and eventually gave me some tentative kisses! While out,we saw an old friend of his, a woman named Jo. who had given him massages.He greeted her with much enthusiasm and kisses. He reacted calmly and appropriately with her dog. He is gentle on the leash and did his business outside when I had him. He is just an absolute sweetheart!!?? it is heartbreaking to see him so sick and thin.????He needs it warm quiet place to heal and he really deserves it!`
