Benjamin's story
Hoarding situations are never good; this one was particularly bad. We do have a before picture of this handsome boy, just cringing. His foster mom worked miracles with love and slow attention. In just two weeks Benjamin is a different boy. While still shy at first, with the attitude, what are you going to do to me, he quickly thaws when he knows you are a friend. Then become the big loving boy you see in the picure. Currently being cared for, along with Benjamin who also comes from the same place, at the EAPL Cat Adoption Center hosted by Chow Down in Evergreen.
FROM PREVIOUS SHELTER: Benjamin: Foster mom says: He still cringes when you approach him. He will lay on my lap but he is so big he doesnt fit very well. He likes being petted and sits beside me. Hes so much better now than in the first picture. He doesnt hold his ear flat any more. Hes really gentle and beautiful, just shy. You saw the horrible place he came out of.
