Benetau Oceanis 4112 bedrooms with 1 master bedroom,  large bathroom in the nose and also has a rear bathroom,  it is clean but needs a cleaning inside/new beds and such.  Does have a 6 inch hole probably about 2 days work.  Does need a paint job.  A weeks worth of hard work and you have yourself a $100,000k+ Sailboat,  has complete paperwork from insurance company.    All breakers work just needs new batteries no corrosion inside.  No mest and rigging.  Would be perfect to live in.   Boat was in a hurricane that’s why it’s in this condition,  located in Gulf Shores Alabama.  If you have any questions please send me an email at [email protected]
