Description/Overall Condition: The Tripp Trapp chair is amazing! If you?ve never sat in one, you?re truly missing the brilliance behind Peter Opsvik?s genius design. The Tripp Trapp chair is really marketed as a ?grow with me? chair ? starting as an adjustable height highchair that can be adjusted to a person?s size. We have had this chair for over 10 years and never used it for our kids; it?s just an amazing piece of furniture that (I think) is more appreciated by adults! Because we never used it as a highchair, we don?t have the accessories that are needed; these can be purchased online (stokke.com) or at any Copenhagen furniture store in the valley. If you look at the pictures, you?ll see a seat plate and a foot plate. If used as a highchair, you would reverse them from how they are shown; the plate on the bottom has the small hole for the restraining strap. I truly can?t say enough wonderful things about this chair; only selling it because we?re remodeling and it doesn?t quite fit. As for the chair?s overall condition, it is amazing (this may be due, in part to us NOT using it as a highchair.) There are a few very subtle scuff marks, but nothing major.
