I bought this couch brand new last November for my elderly Mother. I paid $694.95 for it at Ward McLure Furniture in Bessemer. My Mother passed away last January, and the mortgage company is foreclosing on the trailer we lived in. I'm in a hurry to sell this beautiful, comfortable, couch that's in excellent condition.

　　We DO have a dog and a cat in the house, and we smoke. But, I've kept the couch covered with 2 sheets underneath 2 big, heavy comforters to keep the couch protected.

　　There are no stains, tears, holes, - nothing. However, there is a place under the bottom where the felt has come loose - it's pointed out in the pictures.

　　The couch is in the house now - the PODS is no longer here.
