My story

　　Bear is a 4-month-old male Lab/Hound mix.  He was brought to PAHS by his owner who could no longer take care of him.  Bear has a gorgeous white coat and black markings.  He weighs 21 pounds and will be a medium sized adult dog who could weigh up to 60 pounds.  Bear is quite shy when you first meet him; but, he warms up to you quickly and is sweet as can be.  He would be great in a home with children and other dogs.  His owner has shared that he is both house trained and leash trained.  Bear would love a securely fenced yard where he could safely play.  This great guy is ready for a family and a home of his own.  Could meet Bear soon.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $75 and cat/kitten adoption fees are $35 (as long as funds are available). Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.  December 23, 2022, 12:50 pm
